One of my favorite and easiest snacks to make is almond or peanut butter with banana on a plain rice cake. 1 plain rice cake (I use lightly salted brown rice organic rice cakes made by Lundberg)
1 tbsp almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
drizzle of honey (optional)
